Pass a Test

1. Microwave the synthetic urine for approx ten seconds so that the temperature of the specimen is between 94 and 100 degrees when used. 2. Shake the urine to mix the contents fully and look for proper temperature reading. 3. Fix the heating pad to the bottle of fake urine using the included rubber band. 4. Check for correct temperature reading of your urine and pour into the collection cup.

Heating Tips

Heat the urine for about 10 seconds on normal power in your microwave. If temperature strip does not indicate a temperature then you probably overheated the urine, in this case wait for the temperature to drop back down between 94 and 100 degrees before use. Once the heating pad is fixed to the bottle it should keep the urine at the correct temperature for approximately 6 hours.

What’s the shelf life for Quick Fix? I’ve had mine sitting in a dark closet for over 4 years now, it even has the old style quick fix box with the lightning bolts on it. Should I buy a new box or keep it?

    • 0 out of 5

      :

Quick Fix has a shelf life of over 2 years. We wouldn’t recommend using Quick Fix that is 4 years old, just to be safe.

How’s the Canadian different from this regular Quick Fix besides the Uric acid, is that the only difference? Do I need the Canadian Quick Fix if I live in Colorado?

    • 0 out of 5

      :

Jocko, the only difference in regular Quick Fix and Canadian Quick Fix is the added ingredient of uric acid. We recommend anyone who lives in Colorado to go with the Canadian Quick Fix over the regular Quick Fix.

Just passed with regular Quick Fix in California. This is my first time using synthetic urine. The hardest part is heating it up initially but thats not even hard.

I’m a little worried about my test. I bought Quick Fix but when i was warming it up I accidentally heated it an extra 30 seconds, does that make the synthetic urine spoiled or is it ok?? Please help!

      :

Jones, don’t worry. You can heat Quick Fix synthetic urine multiple times and it will still be good.

    hey admin,

really scared reading about how this will not work for “DISA” pre-employment screens. I just subbed today using canadian QF for an Oil & Gas position, only to find some things online saying they failed while all the particulars were perfect. Can you speak to this as to how folks are coming back with “inconclusive” results and ordered to go back for observed collections. (One person included the email from the MRO saying it had messed up creatinine levels) Im really sweating bricks right now wondering what these folks are talking about. Tested at a lab in MI however the MRO listed on my paperwork for DIA is in Houston. PLS HELP!
